The Friends will be holding a Film Night for the children on Thursday 1st February 2018. This will run from 3.15pm to 5.00pm.

The film on this occasion will be: The Boss Baby (U)

Due to licensing laws there will be no entry fee to watch the film, however as this is a fundraising event, there will be a small fee of £2.50 per child which will provide a drink and some popcorn or sweets, which they will be given during an interval. There will be no additional charge for children attending from after school club.

All children wishing to attend MUST complete and return the permission slip (which has gone home with your child) including children attending from after school club with payment (not after school club children) to the school office no later than Monday 29th January 2018.

It is recommended that Year R children are accompanied by their parents/carers, and all parents/carer are welcome to attend free of charge, particularly those with younger children. All children will be collected from their classrooms and taken to the hall - parents/carers if attending will not be required to collect their child from the playground. Please enter via the school office and meet your child in the hall.

Volunteers are needed to supervise the event, if you can help please contact The Friends via their email address charthamfriends@gmail.com or their Facebook page.

Please may we ask that children are collected from the hall and that you use the playground fire exit doors, which can only be accessed via the double gates from the school car park. Please be prompt and ensure that your child knows who is collecting them.

Please note, the Thursday after school gymnastics club run by Premier Sport for Reception and Year 1 children will be cancelled because of the film night.
