Winter Discos - Tuesday 19th December 2017

Dear Parents/Carers

We will be holding two Discos on Tuesday 19th December 2017: one for the infants (Year R and KS1 - Years 1 & 2) and one for the juniors (KS2 - Years 3, 4, 5 & 6).

The Infant Disco runs from 5.45pm to 6.45pm. The entrance is via Reception. The entrance fee is £2.50 payable on the night, and includes a small bag of sweets and a drink. No other refreshments will be available to purchase at the Infant Disco.

The Junior Disco runs from 7.00pm to 8.15pm. The entrance is via the canteen. The entrance fee is £2.50 payable on the night, and includes 2 glow bands. Refreshments will be on sale and any child wishing to purchase them should bring a named purse/wallet in which to keep their money (no more than £5 including entrance fee please). If your child is in KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6) and attends After School Club, you will need to collect them from After School Club as usual by 6.00pm, and take them to the disco for 7.00pm when the KS2 disco starts.

Please may we ask that both infants and juniors are collected from the hall and that you use the playground fire exit doors, which can only be accessed via the double gates from the school car park. Please be prompt and ensure that your child knows who is collecting them.

YOU MUST INFORM THE SCHOOL OF ANY CHANGES TO THE DETAILS ON THE PERMISSION FORM (which has been sent home) EITHER PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA THE SCHOOL OFFICE OR TO A MEMBER OF STAFF ON THE EVENING OF THE DISCO. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS ARE OF THE PERSON COLLECTING.

The above arrangements for the collection of both infants and juniors are necessary for safety reasons, please ensure that you understand and adhere to them.

Please make your child aware that they are solely responsible for their possessions throughout the disco.

All children wishing to attend MUST complete and return the permissions form (but no money), to the school office no later than Monday 18th December.

Many thanks
