  • Cake Sale - Year 3

    Tue 02 Feb 2016

    Dear Parents,

We would first of all like to thank all of those who helped us with the last cake sale. There will be a chance for Year 3 children to show off their baking skills on Wednesday 10th February.

All your child has to do is to make some cakes at home, then bring them into school on the morning of the cake sale.

The stall will be set up by the gates in the playground at school pick up, where you can buy as many delicious cakes as you would like!

    Happy baking!

  • Walk To School Challenges - Important Dates

    Mon 01 Feb 2016

TWO IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY!

    WALK TO SCHOOL CHALLENGES!

    Wednesday 10th February 2016

    and

    Wednesday 24th February 2016

Lets have a WINNING CLASS in our school!

Children at our school have the chance to take part in two exciting competitions during February.

On the two dates above, all you have to do is walk, scoot or cycle to school or park and ride (that's when parents park 5-10 minutes' walk from school and walk with you the rest of the way). The teachers will count the number of green journeys in each class on the competition days and the top class in each District across the County will win prizes!

The prizes for the winning classes on 10th February are free child entry tickets to Leeds Castle and on 24th February the prizes will be free child entry to Silver Blades Ice Rink.

Green travel to school is good for the environment. We want our school gates to be a healthier, safer place to be. So don't forget to take part in the February Walk to School Challenges!
