  • Friends Film Evening - Friday 28th April 2017

    We will be holding a Movie Night for the children of Chartham Primary School on Friday 28th April 2017. This will run from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. Entrance will be via reception.

     

    The film on this occasion will be: LEGO MOVIE.

     

    Due to licensing laws, there will be no entry fee to watch the film, however as this is a fundraising event, if you child would like to come there will be a small fee of £3.50 which will provide a drink, a cone of popcorn or some sweets for them to enjoy during the film.

     

    All children wishing to attend MUST bring back their completed permission slip to the school office no later than Wednesday 26th April.

     

    Please may we ask that children are collected from the hall and that you use the playground fire exit doors, which can only be accessed via the double gates from the school car park. Please be prompt and ensure that your child knows who is collecting them.

     

    PLEASE INFORM THE SCHOOL OF ANY CHANGES TO THE DETAILS ON THE RETURNED PERMISSION SLIP EITHER PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA THE SCHOOL OFFICE OR TO A MEMBER OF STAFF BY 3.00PM ON THE 28TH APRIL.

    PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS ARE OF THE PERSON COLLECTING.

     

    The above arrangements for the collection of children are necessary for safety reasons, please ensure that you understand and adhere to them.

     

    Please make your child/children aware that they are solely responsible for their possessions throughout the film.

     

    THE ENTRANCE FEE IS PAYABLE ON THE DOOR ON THE DAY.

  • Buster's Big Bash!

    As a reward for being Walk to School/Buster Book Club members, all pupils and their families are invited to the KM Charity Teams free family event - Buster's Big Bash, on Saturday 6th May in the Dane John Gardens, Canterbury, 9.45am - 12.30pm.

     

    During the morning children will:

     

    > Take part in free challenges including pedal go-carting, circus workshops, space hopper races, ice hockey skills and beat the goalie.

    > Attempt to break 2 records - the biggest walking bus and the biggest teddy bears' picnic.

    > Receive free goody bags (first 300 children).

    > Receive free snacks and drinks.

    > Prize competitions - prizes from Fenwick and Smiggle.

    > Watch a circus show at our teddy bears' picnic.
