  • Christmas Cards For Schools Fundraising Project 2016

    Fri 14 Oct 2016

    Dear Parents

This year we are participating in the Christmas fundraising project with IQ Cards. The funds that we raise through your support will be used to benefit the school.

Children produce their own design, which IQ Cards can print onto Christmas Cards, Thank You Postcards, Gift Wrap and Sticky Gift Labels.

Design forms are being sent home for completing this year. Children should create their design at home on the design form.

Please complete the order form on the back of the design form. Please make sure that your child's name is spelt correctly and state clearly the quantity of each product that you would like to order.

Payment may be made by either cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Friends of Chartham Primary School.

Please return all orders with payment to the school by Thursday 20th October.

IQ Cards will return completed cards to school by Friday 2nd December and we will send them home as soon as possible.

  • Friends Jolly Jars

    Fri 14 Oct 2016

    Dear Parents

The festive season will soon be here and preparations for the Christmas Fair on Friday 2nd December are already under way.

This year we will once again be running the Jolly Jars stall. We would like to ask the children to decorate and fill a jam jar with sweets, stickers, small toys etc during half term.

The jars will need to be bought into school and left in the box at the school office from Monday 31st October.

Jars need to be returned to school by Friday 18th November, a small prize will be awarded to the three best decorated jars.

  • Friends Year 5 Cake Sale

    Fri 14 Oct 2016

    Dear Parents/Carers

We would first of all like to thank all of those who helped us with the last cake sale. There will be a chance for Year 5 children to show off their baking skills on Thursday 20th October.

All your child has to do is to make some cakes at home, then bring them into school on the morning of the cake sale.

The stall will be set up by the gates in the playground at school pick up, where you can buy as many delicious cakes as you would like!

    Happy baking!
