Dear Parents/Carers
We would first like to thank all of those who helped us with the last cake sale.
There will be a chance for Year 1 children to show off their baking skills on Thursday 24th May.
All you child has to do is to make some cakes at home, then bring them into school on the morning of Thursday 24th May.
Please contact The Friends if you are available to help with the sale via The Friends of Chartham Primary School Facebook page or email: charthamfriends@gmail.com
Happy baking!

Dear Parents/Carers
In celebration of the Royal Wedding this Saturday, we are inviting the children to come to school on Friday 18th May dressed for the occasion!
They may like to be dressed in red, white and/or blue colours, a prince or princess or any other royal attire. Children will also be completing royal themed activities in class on that day.
Many thanks
Our recent Book Fair was incredibly successful due to such wonderful support from the children and their parents/carers. Over £1,000 was spent during the week which has raised money to buy new books for use in school. Thank you very much.
Part of the success is down to our Book Savers who save regularly each week and then use their savings at the visiting Book Fair. This is a great scheme to teach the children about the benefits of saving, it spreads the cost over many weeks and of course, it's exciting for the children to visit the Fair and spend their savings on a new book.
There are slips available from the office or Mrs Flewitt if you would like your child to become a Book Saver.
Dear Parents/Carers
Your child has been invited to join us on Thursday 17th May for our Royal Wedding Themed Lunch.
There will be an assortment of sandwiches and rolls - sausage rolls/vegetarian rolls - chicken or vegetable bites - crudité and dips, and for dessert celebration cakes and cookies.
A paper copy of the invite has gone home with your child, please fill in and return the slip to the school office.
Many thanks
